2. If you have other pets, what do you feed them?

3. Why did you decide on a Lab for your new pet, and have you familiarized yourself with the breed?

4. If you have other pets, what are you currently using for flea and tick?

5. Do you have a fenced in yard? If not how do you plan to contain your puppy?

6. Are you committed to the long term care (10-15 yrs) of a dog, and all expenses, including medical emergency visits if one should arise?

7. Will someone be home during the day with the puppy?

8. What attracts you to this breed? What is your main reason for wanting a puppy?

9. If you are interested in a female, are you willing to go through one heat cycle prior to spaying to allow proper growth, and reduce the risk of some cancers?

10. Your Veterinarian may have differing advice. Are you willing to stand up for your puppy, and wait until their growth plates are closed, to spay/neuter? Typically around two years of age.

11. Labradors have lots of energy (Esp first 3 yrs) and need to be properly exercised. How do you plan to meet this need daily?

12. Are you aware that we do extensive health testing to ensure healthy puppies, but that we cannot guarantee all genetic defects?

13. Do you plan to enroll your puppy in any behavior/obedience training locally to you? If not, how do you plan to train your puppy?

14. Where will the puppy primary live and sleep at night? Will you Crate Train?

15. Tell us a bit about your lifestyle/ hobbies etc?

16. Have you ever returned a pet to the breeder, given a pet away, or taken a pet to a pound or shelter? If so, what were the circumstnces?

17. Are you aware that we require a $500 non-refundable deposit to be placed on any of our list? Just filling this questionnaire out, does not get you on a list. I will review each questionnaire, and reach out to you about upcoming litters. If you want to move forward, then the deposit is required to hold your spot. No deposit, no spot.

We do not ship our puppies. All puppies must be picked up in person.

Price Breakdown:

$500 Non Refundable Deposit to reserve a puppy.

$2,700 Balance Due before the puppy can leave us, or Cash at pick up is accepted.

(6% Sales Tax is included in Price)

In regards to placing a deposit - I'm aware and understand, that there are no guarantees with breeding. Just because a dog is bred, doesn't guarantee that it will result in puppies. If this happens, you deposit will be rolled over to a future litter.
